Well now, it’s been such a long time between posts that the WordPress dashboard has changed (for the better). Again.
Anyway, I’ve been so busy the past few months and a lot has changed in my life. It’s like riding a very turbulent sailboat in a raging ocean. And let’s not forget I don’t know how to swim. Between several obligations, I’ve done my first art trade and played around with the ol’ Photoshop Elements that came with my tablet ages ago. I now know what roughly 50% of the buttons do. Fortunately, I know my Oekaki better and have completed quite a few little things with it, including the last post and another blue dragon-thing:
Finished in about an hour, this was a quick lineless practice piece like the “Prince” one I did a little more than a year ago. Hopefully I’ve gotten faster at drawing. I have to say I do need to work more on varying poses and light sources. I’m starting to think I make just about everything face to the left and have a light source beaming down from the upper left corner.
